The problem
A traditional Venezuelan neighborhood grocery store operated entirely offline without a digital presence, online catalog, or ordering system, relying solely on walk-in traffic and manual WhatsApp orders.

The solution
Developed a fully featured e-commerce platform featuring a product catalog, shopping cart, discount coupons, local payment integration (C2P and pago móvil), Google OAuth authentication, and an admin dashboard with bulk import capabilities, automated notifications, and password recovery.

Deployed a production-ready platform at candybee.shop with secure authentication, a seamless end-to-end checkout flow, and a scalable serverless architecture backed by an automated CI/CD deployment pipeline.
